When someone does ring, you're up a ladder, the call goes unanswered and they try the next number. And you paid for all of it upfront, whether it worked or not.

Hosting, updates and the follow-up system are all included. No extra charge.
Small setup fee. Then we're paid from the jobs it brings in.
You pay a small one-off setup fee. After that, we take commission on the first job from each new customer the website brings in. Nothing on repeat work from that customer. Bigger jobs pay a lower percentage. From month three or four there's a small monthly fee for hosting and the follow-up system, and it comes off your commission. The agreement runs for 12 months, and you can buy the site outright at any point.
What doesn't count: referrals, word of mouth, Checkatrade and other directories, your existing customers, and anyone who rings your own number direct.
We go through exact figures on the call, based on your trade and your job sizes.

FAQs
How long until I get enquiries from Google?
Changes to your Google Business Profile can start showing within weeks. New pages usually take a few months to build up. That's why the past-customer campaign and the follow-up system start working from month one.
Who owns the website?
We own and host it for your first 12 months. After that it's yours. You can also buy it outright earlier at any point.
What happens after 12 months?
The website becomes yours, and the agreement carries on the same terms, so you keep the hosting, the tracking and the follow-up system. From then on, it's 30 days' notice to end it.
Can I keep my domain name?
Yes. You keep your existing domain name.
What if I win a job and forget to tell you?
Every enquiry comes through the tracked number, forms, WhatsApp or email, so we both see them. We check in each month on which ones turned into jobs.
Do you do Google Ads?
No. The website is built to be found on Google without paying for clicks.
